As a performance-based software service, we operate under a “No Results, No Charge” policy. This document outlines our Return and Refund Policy to clarify terms for our clients.
1. Results-Based Guarantee
- Our services are commission-based, meaning we only charge fees when measurable results are achieved.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon results as outlined in the service agreement, you will not be charged.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Charges:
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction date for review and resolution.
- Non-Delivery of Service:
- If there is a failure to perform services due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a refund of any advance payments or deposits.
- Service Dispute Resolution:
- If results are disputed, we will perform a thorough review of the outcomes against the agreed-upon goals. If it is determined that we did not meet these goals, applicable refunds will be processed.
3. Refund Process

- Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services where results were achieved but not sustained due to factors outside of our control (e.g., client-side changes, external market conditions).
- Delayed results that are within a reasonable timeframe, as outlined in the service agreement.
- Partial or incomplete requests for a refund where results have been partially delivered.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice. However, any results achieved prior to cancellation will be subject to the agreed commission rate, and payment will be required.
